When I was lost, broken, and confused, searching for answers, this book led me down a deceptive rabbit hole that left me searching for more and more. It, along with The Secret are so conivingly convincing and it "feels" good and tickles the ears, but it was the start of my new age downward spiral. If you're searching for the Truth, this is NOT it. If you own a copy of this book, don't donate or give it away - BURN IT!

This is an outstanding book and easier to grasp than "The Power of Now". Its a desert Island keeper and has helped me immensly in understanding my mind/thought/emotion/pattern dance and how to create happier moments, a happier life. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
